Le 14 avril, la pancarte a été installée devant la maison et donc officiellement à  vendre. Le 15, 2 visites et durant la visite libre du 17 avril, Esther a eu 15 visites !!! Le lundi 18 avril, 3 offres sur la table, nous avons accepté une des trois ! Esther nous a organisé plusieurs visites et nous avons choisi notre maison le 10 mai !!! J'ai connu Esther il y a plus d'un an à  une soirée-conférence de ma banque pour les premiers acheteurs. Avant toute chose, j'aimerais te remercier en mon nom et celui de mon fils Patrick pour l'immense travail effectué lors de l'achat de notre duplex. Étant plutôt néophyte dans l'immobilier, tes conseils et ton expertise furent pour moi d'une valeur inestimable tout au long du processus. Dès le début, pendant les visites, pour l'évaluation des propriétés, pendant le processus d'offre et contre-offre(qui a duré plus d'un mois) ainsi que pour le choix d'un bon inspecteur, ton expertise nous a permis de bien conclure cette transaction et de nous obtenir un bon prix final.

This is the first time we sold our house since we moved to Canada. At first, we took it as a simple and easy task but we found it the other way afterwards. We had very good experience with Esther as our agent. She is very professional and worked hard for us to make sure that we got what we wanted. I was very impressed for how humane and friendly she is. I have to confess that we were on a market with another agent with 5 months with no offers at all before we switched to Esther and I am happy that we did! From the first visit with Esther, we had realistic expectations both in work we had to do to present our house well and price we can expect. She provided us with professional home staging service that really opened our eyes in how people perceive our house when they pay a visit. We carefully followed their instructions on how to declutter and rearrange the furniture and we had very good results. Our own family couldn’t believe how good our house looked when we were done! After only one week-end on the market with Esther we got an offer and sold our house!
